Returns and Refunds
We sell physical products that are made specifically for you when you place your order. This is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduces overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict return policy. We do not offer refunds for cash but if your items are damaged during shipping, you can return them for an even exchange.
If you find that you made a mistake when placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible, referring to our cancellation policy.
Shipping Damage
In the rare case that products are received damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for an even exchange.
Please contact us and if possible include a photo showing the damage with a brief description. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions. In most cases we can process an even exchange for the damaged product.
Please note that in the event of a damaged item, all products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for an even exchange.

Drinkware Returns and Refunds
Because there is no way to confirm that a mug or other drinkware product has not been used, this shop does not accept returns and does not provide refunds for drinkware, so please make your selections carefully.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
Affiliate Products
We also sell items that are sold by our affiliate partners. If you purchase an item from our affiliates, you will be taken to the affiliate's online store to compete your purchase. Cancellations
We accept cancellations if the order has not gone into production. Once production starts, the item will be shipped to the address listed in the order.
If you find that you want to cancel and order or update the "ship to" address, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) of placing your order. We will verify whether the product has gone into production and provide you with the status.
Exchanges
We accept even exchanges in the case of items that are damaged in transit. Please open and inspect your packages immediately or as soon as possible after receipt.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please provide us with a photo showing the damage if possible with a description. We will send your photo and description to our vendor for return instructions. In most cases we can process an even exchange for the damaged product.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping for Returns
For items that are damaged when received, we will send your photo and description to our vendor for return instructions. You will receive an email from us with the return address and instructions. In most cases we can process an even exchange for the damaged product.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items for an even exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
