Welcome to the course that's all about email marketing and how you can use it to reach your income goals! If these scenarios describe your business, this course is for you:
- Are you a brand new business owner with no idea how to navigate email marketing?
- Does your business consistently fail at helping you reach your income goals, despite your best efforts?
- Do you spend a lot of time on social media with no tangible results?
- Are you feeling like you're "forced" to attend in person events, like home parties, festivals and craft shows to make any money at all?
- Are you tired of wasting time running down people and paying for ads that don't deliver?
If any of these scenarios apply, I'm so glad you're taking a moment to learn about email marketing, the heart of your business. You're in business to make money
and wondering, hoping and keeping your fingers crossed is okay, but hope is not a strategy and none of these will translate to earning.
It takes focused, consistent action that's targeted to the right people, at the right time to launch a successful business and keep it running well.
Why Every Business Needs Email Marketing
Let's face it, without an audience of people to buy your products and services you don't have a business.
The beauty of email marketing is that it lets you build an audience you can contact directly instead of relying on a platform. No algorithm changes or worrying about whether your content is seen by subscribers.
Yet building an audience of engaged, loyal customers is one of the most challenging things you'll do as an entrepreneur!
And as you'll learn in this course, there aren't enough hours in the day to manually handle all the moving parts involved in maintaining relationships with your customers and subscribers. So many times these important tasks go undone, to the peril of your business.
Another benefit that comes with email marketing is automation. With automation your "must have" task list can be set up, tested, improved and maintained so that you make money on a consistent basis.
When email marketing and automation are done well, the big benefit is an optimized workflow that works to generate leads and sell while you do other things.
And audience building (lead generation) becomes an efficient, well run automated process that runs in the background, delivering value for your audience, and for you.
You'll learn about methods and tools you can use to build a system that works to lend a much needed helping hand 24/7.
About the Course

Course Prerequisites
You'll need the following items to get started. I would recommend just one product, one niche and one or two social media account set up for business use. If you have more than one of these items, I would recommend focusing on only one for this course.
This course assumes that you have the items above, but if you don't have them no problem... we will show you to get them set up.
If you're not on social media, you will need 1-2 business accounts to promote your business. Signing up on platforms that you would enjoy for business is pretty easy, and we've provided links below to the sign up pages for Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.
The the reason we have links to these platforms is because these platforms are where a lot of people hang out, and your content will last a long time if you post on them consistently.

To Get the Most Out of This Course
1. Slow and Steady Wins the Race. To get the most out of this course, you should make slow, steady progress, taking in each lesson in a way that ensures you understand the content.
2. For the Best Results. Even though you're ready to start or improve your business as quickly as possible, it's not a race. Don't try to absorb the information in one sitting, skipping over key information and material.
3. Take Notes and Use the Resources. We suggest taking notes, accessing the resources below each lesson. Many of the resources can be downloaded or bookmarked for access later on.
You can use tools like Google docs to take notes and organize them for reference at a later date. If you like printing your notes, you can print or handwrite your notes, hole punching them as needed and placing them in binders.
4. Ask Questions. We've also included at place at the end of each lesson where you can send us your questions. If there is something that doesn't make sense or you're not clear on a topic, please don't hesitate to send questions. This helps us make the course better for you and all the other students. If you're struggling with something, there may be others who have the same questions.
5. One Word of Caution. Everyone learns at their own pace. This course is for brand new marketers as well as those who have dipped their feet but may not be getting results.
If you've done some marketing before or maybe even used email marketing, there may be information that you may be familiar with. I would still recommend going over the lesson, watching any video training and checking the resources to see if there is something new that you weren't aware of.
Rushing through the course, and skipping over modules means you're not going to get maximum value. That means you may end up throwing up a flawed process with low value content for your audience. This will only rob you of the dreams and goals you've set for your business.
Platforms You Can Add Later

Your Homework
Complete the Audience Attraction Worksheets and read the articles and tutorials in the resources section. If you don't have a product to sell, you'll need to choose one. If you don't have a product selection made, write down some ideas of what you would like to sell.
Write out a paragraph that describes the product you would like to sell and the niche that would be well served with your product.
This is very important because the system we create in the course will depend heavily on what you know about your ideal customers, their goals and what they need to be successful.
We've included free audience attraction worksheets in the resources section that can be used to help you identify your ideal customers. They include questions you should answer to have a clear understanding of the audience you would like to work with.
You can also write the information in a notebook or on sheets of paper.
